Nomination des directeurs généraux des ARS

Ont été nommés ce matin en Conseil des ministres les 26 directeurs généraux (DG) préfigurateurs des agences régionales de santé, lesquelles seront vraisemblablement opérationnelles à compter du 1er juillet 2010. 50% des nominés exercent ou ont exercé au sein de l’Etat, dont 19% en préfecture, 19% en administration centrale ou dans un corps d’inspection et 15% en DRASS ou en DDASS. Par ailleurs, 27% viennent d’une direction d’agence régionale de l’hospitalisation, 23% exercent ou ont exercé dans un organisme de sécurité sociale et 15% sont issus du secteur privé.

Dans son discours de présentation, la ministre de la Santé a indiqué, en quelque sorte, la feuille de route des DG des ARS.

La liste des 26 directeurs préfigurateurs est la suivante :

Aquitaine : Nicole Klein, préfet des Hautes-Alpes

Auvergne : François Dumuis, DARH d’Auvergne

Basse-Normandie : Pierre-Jean Lancry, directeur de la santé à la CCMSA

Bourgogne : Cécile Courreges, inspecteur général des affaires sociales, chef adjointe de projet ARS auprès du secrétaire général des affaires sociales

Bretagne : Alain Gautron, directeur de l’URCAM de Champagne-Ardennes

Centre : Jacques Laisne, ancien préfet du Var

Champagne-Ardenne : Jean-Christophe Paille, DARH des Pays-de-la-Loire

Corse : Dominique Blais, DARH de Basse-Normandie

Franche-Comté : Sylvie Mansion, directeur général adjoint de l’UCANSS

Guadeloupe : Mireille Willaume, DRASS de Lorraine

Guyane : Philippe Damie, DARH Guyane

Haute-Normandie : Gilles Lagarde, sous-préfet du Havre

Ile-de-France : Claude Evin, ancien ministre, président de la Fédération hospitalière de France et avocat

  26. I retired early do like the way you have presented this specific difficulty and it does indeed offer me personally a lot of fodder for consideration. Nonetheless, because of what I retired early have personally seen, I retired early just hope when other commentary pack on that people today continue to be on point and not get started upon a tirade of the news of the day.
